Astele Beauty & Wellness – Refund & Store Credit Policy

Thank you for choosing Astele Beauty & Wellness.
Please review the following policy regarding treatments, products, gift cards, and store credit.
This policy applies to all in-clinic and online purchases.

 

1. General Refund Policy

 

Treatment Purchases

  • Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Treatments that have already been redeemed or partially used are not eligible for a refund.

 

In-Store Product Purchases

  • Eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Online Product Purchases

  • Eligible for a refund within 30 days from the shipment date.

  • Products must be unopened and in original condition.

 

Promotional & Sale Purchases

  • Non-refundable, with no exceptions.

  • May only be exchanged for in-clinic store credit.

 

Gift Cards & Clinic Credit

  • Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refund amounts are based on the actual amount paid, after applying any discounts, vouchers, or credits.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If the original payment method is no longer valid (expired, lost, or stolen), the refund will be issued as store credit.

 

2. Treatment Expiry

  • A consultation is required for all new clients.

  • If a treatment is determined unsuitable during the consultation, the full amount may be applied toward another appropriate service.

 

3. Store Credit Policy

  • Approved refunds will be converted to store credit only.

  • Store credit expiry:

    • 12 months for non-members

    • 18 months for members

  • Credit value is based on the actual amount paid, after all discounts and vouchers.

  • Dollar-value gift cards do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Discounted treatment gift cards expire after:

    • 12 months (non-members)

    • 18 months (members)

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or recovered.

 

4. Product Return Policy (In-Store & Online)

 

Unopened Products

  • Refundable within:

    • 14 days for in-store purchases

    • 30 days for online orders

  • Must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.

  • Refunds are based on the actual paid price after discounts.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be issued.

Used Products

  • Not eligible for a refund.

  • In cases of documented allergic reactions, store credit may be issued at management discretion. Proof may be required.

 

5. Prepaid Services & Cancellation Policy

  • No-Show Fee: A $150 charge will apply for missed appointments without prior notice.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: A $100 fee applies when a prepaid service is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

 

6. Transfer of Credit

Transfer of treatment credit, store credit, gift cards, or vouchers is permitted only under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Relocation to another region

  • Medical conditions preventing continued treatment (documentation required)

Requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing

  • Include supporting documents

  • Receive approval from management

  • Be agreed upon by both parties involved

 

7. Cash Redemption

Gift cards, vouchers, promotions, store credit, and clinic credit cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, unless required by law.

 

8. Unified Credit Handling

Store credit, in-clinic credit, gift cards, and vouchers are treated under the same policy framework.
